ANTHONY'S DROP SHUTTER

E. & H.T. ANTHONY & COMPANY, NEW YORK 1891-1901

Making its appearance as early as May,1891 in Anthony's Illustrated Catalogue of Photographic Equipments and Materials for Amateurs, Anthony's Drop Shutter was priced at $2.00 with a rubber tube and squeeze bulb. It would continue be offered through 1901, by which time the price had dropped to $1.50.

Despite being available for at least ten years, Anthony's Drop Shutter is almost never encountered today.
